The Officer of the
Year Award was initiated in 2001 and changed to the Dr. John Macdonald
Memorial Award in 2008. The award acknowledges exceptional work by a
patrol officer that results in the identification or capture of suspect(s) in a serial robbery investigation or
suspect(s) in a
particularly heinous or newsworthy robbery case. |
